Does DuRoBo offer a warranty on electronic products?
Yes, all DuRoBo electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened gadgets?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened but in like-new condition with all original packaging, a small restocking fee may apply. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take for high-value items?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-value electronics, we use insured premium couriers and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.
Are your products compatible with international power standards?
Most of our devices are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, please check the 'Technical Specifications' section on the product page to confirm specific voltage requirements and plug types for your region.
How can I track my order status?
